Returns
Kaia House will gladly accept exchanges on merchandise. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If any of your products arrive damaged, or with visible defects, please contact customer service immediately. Damages and defects not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. Due to the nature of the product, all fragrances and diapers are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance. Orders that have been already been processed may not be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Kaia House accepts exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt on unopened, unused and in resalable condition merchandise less all shipping costs and a $9.95 restocking fee. All samples and gift with purchases need to be returned unused if the entire order is being returned or the item offering the gift with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately and without exception, we will not accept returns or exchanges on open or used items. Kaia House reserves the right to not accept return or exchanges on items that are deemed as not resalable or in unacceptable condition. All orders that are already shipped may not be canceled under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Packages CANNOT BE RECALLED THROUGH THE MAIL CARRIER. Returns are applicable but the customer must follow return procedures.
If you would like to return an unused/unopened item please email customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and for exchange information. Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. Store credits will be issued for all returns. All return authorizations are valid for no more than fourteen (14) days. Returned merchandise must be received by our returns department within the fourteen (14) day time period. Shipping costs of returned goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by Kaia House. It is suggested that the shipper use tracking and insured mail carriers to insure we receive the package in a timely fashion.

Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via insured post with a trackable confirmation number as all items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will email a credit confirmation for the cost of the merchandise minus all applicable shipping costs. Credits will not be issued until the merchandise has been received by Kaia House. No refunds will be issued. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Kaia House does not accept exchanges under any circumstances on unsealed products. You may contact customer support for a full listing of these products.
Due to possible product tampering Kaia House cannot accept exchanges on ANY fragrance. This policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every fragrance that is shipped is guaranteed 100% original manufacturer product.
Kaia House does not accept exchanges of special order or clearance sale items.
